Yes. We partner with both traditional and digital agencies.
Once the project is completed and we’ve received payment in full, you get exclusive ownership of any and all design elements we create for your project. The design belongs to you.
For content management and ecommerce, we provide a single-domain license to use, copy, modify, but not resell the programming code. You take possession of all the source code at the completion of the project, along with programmer documentation, design files, and a user guide. If you decide to a some point to part ways with us, you’ll be able to take your site with you.
Like anything, designing and developing a good web site takes time. The amount of time a project takes varies depending on the complexity of scope and agency workload. That being said, to build a web site properly and thoroughly, you can expect a time line of about 2 months. You can learn more about our process by visiting the process page.
No. We prefer quality to quantity. As you’ll see in our process, we spend a great deal of time before the design work even begins to ensure the design we provide is exactly what you’re looking for. This approach produces a superior design as opposed to several mediocre ones.
Yes, we will gladly work with your IT department to ensure a smooth transition from our staging server to your production server.
We base our cost on the complexity of scope and the estimated amount of time needed to complete the project based on historical data. We are cost-competitive, but we emphasize value over cost. We provide documentation and a custom user’s manual for content management and e-commerce web sites. This allows future programmers and site managers to get up to speed quickly.
We provide free support for 30 days after the web site launch. After 30 days, we offer retainer plans should you need additional assistance.
Yes. We will work with your internal IT department to set up the site on your server. Or, if needed, we can provide hosting.
Yes. While it is not a requirement, many of our clients choose to host their site with us. Our hosting facility is located in Dallas, Texas and run by Rackspace Managed Hosting. They provide us with security, precision HVAC, backup power, core routing, network technicians, and a zero-downtime guarantee. They also have a full in-house support staff available online or by phone 24 hours a day.
