Monmouth County selected Kas Design to redesign their web site. Having worked together on the previous redesign, we had a good idea as to what the County was looking for in terms of the look and feel. While the overall format was to remain the same, we designed a new, more visually appealing presence that makes it easier for citizens to stay informed and find the information they're looking for.
